Returns terms

Product exchange terms and conditions:

This process involves changing size, color or code. Your request can be made as long as the request for change is made within 14 days of receiving the package at the latest, the product is in its original condition without damage, the manufacturer's tags have not been removed and the original packaging is present .

If the above conditions apply, follow the following procedure:

• Contact us by phone at 2242025410 or by email at info@poppa.gr informing us of the change request.
• The exchange can be made with any other garment of your choice, of equal or greater value.
• Each change will be charged to you and the cost amounts to 5.00 euros.
• You return the product for exchange to the partner courier company with a sender's fee.
• After we receive your product we send the product you have requested.
• In the event that the number or code is not available from the production company, after consultation with you it can be replaced with a product of equivalent value.
• Changes in underwear and socks are not accepted.
• In the Custom Products of the brand '' THE JAIL-BLAZERS '', returns are not accepted, nor the change in the number unless the product is defective.

• Terms and conditions for replacing a defective product:

bigpoppa.gr assumes full responsibility regarding the eventual placement of a defective product in your order and proceeds with its free replacement as long as the update is made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Necessary condition, the product must have all the manufacturer's labels.

The procedure is as follows:

• Contact us by phone at 2242025410 or by email at info@bigpoppa.com informing us of your replacement request.
• You return the defective product with the partner courier company with a recipient's fee.
• After we receive the product we send you the same product without defects.
• In case the code is not available from the production company, after consultation with you it can be replaced with a product of equivalent value.
